Otakon – Late Night Panels

The night might just be the most exciting time for those who are going to Otakon. During the night, there are a whole different set of activities that you need to be eighteen years and older in order to go to. These events range from movies to panels to full out shows that you need to be old enough to see. Many of the things are a lot more interesting than the ones you get the chance to see during the day time.

There are no more restrictions at night in these panels because all of those who are entering are screened to make sure they are over eighteen. A fan favorite event is definitely the dance part or the rave. Many people go dressed up with glow sticks in their costumes. Others prefer not to take part in their costumes.

Some past movies that have been shown are Vampire Girl vs. Frankenstein Girl. Other things are less graphic, but their humor is allowed to be less PG-13 and more R. Some video game panels are worth going to during the evening because now their jokes are no holds barred.

One of the best activities that they have to offer which was offered during the 2010 season was the burlesque show. This is where your favorite characters get up on stage and dance. This is strictly for adult however as this can get pretty sexual pretty fast. It is definitely a sight to see and things at night can really get more interesting during the day at the event.

Remember not to tire yourself out too much before the night comes. It is one of the best times at the conventions. Make sure to line up early because you will need to get eighteen plus wrist bands in order to get into these eighteen plus panels.
